Alumni Raise Funds for Student Foodbank
In the spirit of the holiday season, alumni were asked to support our students and contribute to the UCSB Associated Students Food Bank, a program directly addressing student needs such as food supplies, toiletries, and information on additional resources.

A message from Chancellor Henry Yang on Freedom of Expression
Dear Members of our Campus Community,
Over the weekend I have received many expressions of concern from faculty, staff, and students about the importance of preserving academic freedom. I have very much appreciated these sentiments.

Alumni Association Board Directs $25,000 to Students in Need

The UC Santa Barbara Alumni Association voted this weekend to direct $25,000 from the Alumni Association Scholarship Fund (AASF) to the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office for immediate assistance to students.
